Hey Adam! Great question! I am one of the founders. 12seconds is really about video status - it's an easy way to say something, express an idea or share a moment, kinda like twitter. So, like twitter you might want to find people to follow (which it looks like you've started to do). We have a 12second Challenge everyday (look on the right sidebar of the site to answer it). And, try out the mobile product by sending in videos to your stream (your personalized email address is also on the right side of your "home" page).
